Based on the tenet of "People Upmost", ALCTRON regards it as a important strategy that is, improving the staff and recruiting the talented who are catering to the needs of the company. Meanwhile, Kangqiang also needs to enhance the ability of management and innovation and then form good environment to attract, stimulate and retain the intelligent, through the way of improving the staff structure, perfecting the mechanism of stimulation and restriction, and introducing the high-level manager and technician from both home and abroad, and optimizing the human resources.

The strategy of research and innovation:

As to the products of lead frame, ALCTRON will make more investment in the designing, exploring, and producing of moulds, perfecting the method and leading to the development in generalization, standardization, many levels, narrow spaces, small volume and high density. And, so to studio products, ALCTRON will also introduce some advanced equipment and analyzing apparatus, and make efforts to master the core technology to enhance the technologic level.
